What counts as infringement
Copyright protects original work: writing, photos, graphics, audio, video, and code. If your work appears on Gozomosi without permission and no exception applies, you can file a takedown request. How to send a takedown notice
Please include the items below so we can act without delay.

- Share the full URL of every Gozomosi page where the material appears.

- Include a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Sign the notice with your typed full name.

What happens after you send a notice
We read every request. If the notice is complete and the claim appears valid, we may remove or restrict the content while we review. We notify the contributor or user who posted the material and share your notice so they can respond.
Counter notice if your content was removed
If your material was taken down and you believe that was a mistake or a case of misidentification, send a counter notice with the details below.
- Identify what was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- State under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Share your full name, postal address, phone number, and email.
- Say that you consent to the jurisdiction of courts that can hear the matter and that you agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
- Sign with your typed full name.

Repeat infringement
We may suspend or end posting privileges for users or authors who repeatedly infringe. We may also remove content that appears infringing or that we cannot verify in a reasonable time.
Misuse warning
Copyright tools are not a way to silence fair criticism or lawful use. Knowingly sending false notices or counter notices can have legal consequences.
Third party platforms
Some pages embed content from services we do not control. If your claim involves one of those services, contact that platform directly in addition to notifying us.
